How to import goods from China
Five steps from ordering from a supplier to delivery at your warehouse.
Agree with the seller
Ask for the exact packed weight and dimensions, and an invoice. Without them the delivery price cannot be calculated.
Choose the shipping method
Air is the fastest and pays off for smaller, higher-value shipments. Sea and road are cheaper per kilogram but take much longer.
We collect the goods from the supplier
Send us the supplier's contact and details of the goods. We collect them directly from the supplier, in any city in China.
Flight and customs
Customs clearance requires an invoice and a packing list. Duty and VAT are calculated from the value and type of goods.
Delivery
Cleared goods are delivered to your address anywhere in Serbia.
Import documents
- Invoice with the price of goods
- Packing list
- HS code, if the seller knows it
When importing doesn't pay off
If the goods are low in value, shipping and customs costs can eat your margin. Ask us before you order and we will estimate the total cost.
Check the cost before you buy
Describe the shipment as far as you know. Leave blank what you don't know and we will clarify it together.
